The Baikal View Hotel (hereinafter – the “Hotel”) is designed for temporary accommodation of citizens for a period agreed upon with the Hotel management. A guest must vacate a room following the expiration of the agreed period. Should it be required to prolong the accommodation period, one has to notify the Hotel manager to the effect no later than the check-out time (12:00 p.m. local time). The accommodation period in the same room may be prolonged, unless it was booked by a third person.
Hotel working hours – 24/7.
Hotel check-out time – 12:00 p.m. local time of a current day.
Hotel check-in time – past 02:00 p.m.
Hotel check-out time – by 12:00 p.m.
Hotel check-out time – by 12:00 p.m.
Early check-in and late check-out of a guest may be possible upon agreement with the Hotel Management and availability of a vacant room (if the room, in which the guest stays, was not booked by a third person).
A guest shall be checked into the Hotel upon providing an identification document and after concluding a relevant agreement..
The agreement shall be concluded after a consumer presents an identification document issued in accordance with the established procedure, including:

a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation proving the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation within the Russian Federation;
a passport of a USSR citizen proving the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation to be replaced with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation within an established period;
a birth certificate – for persons under the age of 14. In this case, minor citizens under the age of 14 shall be checked into the hotel based on the identification documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians) or close relatives staying with them, accompanying person(s), a document proving the authority of an accompanying person(s), as well as birth certificates of such minors. Parents (adoptive parents, guardians) or close relatives and accompanying persons shall be fully responsible for the life and health of the minor persons accompanied;
a passport proving the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation – for persons, who reside outside the Russian Federation on a permanent basis;
a passport of a foreign citizen or another document established by federal law or recognized by the Russian Federation as a document proving the identity of a foreign citizen under an international treaty;
a document issued by a foreign state and recognized by the Russian Federation as a document proving the identity of a stateless person under an international treaty;
temporary residence permit of a stateless person;
permanent residence permit of a stateless person;

Hotel accommodation and services shall be charged based on prices approved by the Hotel executives..
Fees in the Hotel are charged on a pay-per-day basis. If a guest stays in the Hotel for less than one whole day, fees shall be charged for a whole day irrespective of the check-in and check-out time.
When a customer checks in after 0:00 a.m. and stays until the check-out time, the accommodation fee shall be charged at no more than a half-day rate.
In case of a check-out past the check-out time (12:00 p.m. local time), or check-in before 02:00 p.m., the fee shall be charged as follows:

BREAKFAST
1. Breakfast (included in the cost of accommodation) shall be served from 08:00 a.m. till 11:00 a.m. at a hotel restaurant.
2. If a guest checks out early, the hotel offers a lunch box to go.
3. If a group of guests (6 persons and more) checks out early, the hotel offers early breakfast with the prior booking required.
4. The additional breakfast cost is RUB 380.

AYMENT TERMS
1. Services of the hotel may be paid for in advance by wire transfer or a Visa, MasterCard bank card. The Hotel accepts Russian rubles in cash and bank cards.
2. In case of staying for less than a whole day, the accommodation fee shall be charged for a whole day irrespective of the check-in and check-out time.
3. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible only if the hotel has vacant rooms.
4. In case of a check-out past the check-out time, 12:00 p.m. local time, the fee shall be charged as follows
  1. 6 hours or less past the check-out time – hourly rate;
  2. 6 to 12 hours past the check-out time – half day rate
  3. more than 12 hours past the check-out time – whole day rate.
5. In case of an early check-out, if a notification is provided less than 24 hours before the check-out, funds paid for an upcoming day shall not be refunded.

ACCOMMODATION OF CHILDREN
1. Children under the age of 5 shall stay free of charge.
2. Children aged 5-10 years shall be granted a 20% discount on staying in a double room with one adult, breakfast included.
3. Accommodation of children aged 5-10 years without a separate bed — RUB 900/day (breakfast included).
4. Accommodation of children over the age of 10 with an extra bed — RUB 1,800/day (breakfast included).

FIRE SAFETY
1. Please follow the fire safety rules.
2. THE MAINLINES VOLTAGE IS 220V.
3. After you finish using electric appliances, please make sure to switch them off.
4. Please be careful when using matches in the hotel territory.
5. We kindly ask you not to cook in your room under any circumstances.
6. For your own safety, smoking is prohibited in all hotel premises.
