Baikal View contributes to the development of creative industries in Baikal: we promote event tourism on Olkhon Island and create a gastronomic brand for the region. In our collection, we have two unique events and new formats for guest recreation.

We try to hold events throughout the year: an ice restaurant in winter and a gastronomic market in summer.

Event Calendar

During the summer and winter seasons, we try to fill our guests' stay at the hotel with bright events: we hold gastronomic dinners, wine casinos, SUP festivals, and other activities. You can always find the current program on our social media sites.

Food Market

Baikal View is the organizer of the first gastronomic event on Olkhon Island — Olkhon Food Market. Four markets have already been held, contributing to the development of gastronomic tourism on the island and popularizing local cuisine.

Ice Restaurant

"LIFE" is the first and only gastronomic restaurant on the ice of Lake Baikal in Russia. The project of chefs Ivan Tolstikhin and Alexander Perepechkin with the participation and support of Baikal View.
